Q We really like the photographs featured on your website, how do we go about getting in touch?
A Please phone or email me to check availability and from there we can arrange a meeting in person. It is so important that you feel comfortable and relaxed with your photographer and a meeting holds no obligation.

Q What photography format(s) do you use?
A I shoot using purely professional digital cameras and lenses, the quality is always superb and they offer great coverage in mixed lighting situations.

Q Are you insured?
A Yes, I am fully insured with professional cover. Including public liability and indemnity.

Q How many photographs will you take on the day?
A There are no limits to the number of photographs that I can take on the day, the only indication is often the size and complexity of the wedding itself.

Q How soon will we be able to see our photographs?
A You will receive a quality USB stick, containing your high resolution edited photographs, 4-6 weeks after your wedding day. This will arrive complete with contact sheets to help you create your album or story book.

Q Will we be able to choose the images for our album?
A Yes, absolutely. I would not presume to be able to select your favourite photographs, however I am always available to offer advice if you are having any trouble deciding.

Q How long will it take to make our album?
A Once I have received your choice of images I will design a layout for the album. You will be able to view this layout online and have a chance to suggest any necessary changes. Once finalised, it normally takes between 5-6 weeks for printing, binding and shipping to be complete.

Q Will you (Madeleine McEwan) be the actual photographer at our wedding?
A Yes, definitely; however with larger weddings I work in partnership with my associate photographer.

Q Do you only cover Bath and the local area?
A No. Although based in Bath and Somerset, I have recently photographed weddings in Wiltshire, Wales and Oxfordshire and am available to travel to any UK or international destination.
